Interior Renovation of Common Spaces
The Syska Hennessy Group is a 90-year-old, international engineering firm headquartered in New York City. As the firm prepared to relocate some of its operations to 1185 6th Avenue, Lothrop Associates reprogrammed the new 55,000 square foot space on two floors. The new office environment is open with shared work areas, teaming rooms, social interaction spaces to promote collaboration, new offices, a public assembly conference room, IT rooms and additional support spaces.
