Feasibility Study
Schematic Design Services to determine the feasibility of the restoration or replacement of St. Francis Chapel located in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. This also involved the expansion of the existing mausoleum with an additional 4,000 to 5,000 crypts, niches and private rooms. The proposed building also includes bathrooms, a flower room, enclosed storage for the casket lift and mechanical space as needed.
