$80 Million, Master Planning and Feasibility Study for a new 65,000 square foot Medical Office Building connected via a pedestrian access bridge. The project was designed in compliance with the principals of Passive House and other sustainable and green building approaches, and includes a new 450 car parking garage.

The Hospital Tower connects to all six floors of the existing hospital tower and has new patient rooms. The tower fronts the street and creates a new entry for the hospital and also has a bridge that connects to the medical office building across the street.
