Interior and Exterior Renovation
Lothrop Associates provided professional services for the conversion of an existing commercial building for use as one of Dutchess County’s significant municipal buildings. The project started with a comprehensive building assessment of the circa 1920’s building and progressed to the design of a substantial 12,000 square foot renovation of three floors to create office space for various County departments.
