New Rochelle Department of Public Works Facility

Lothrop Associates has been working with the City of New Rochelle to relocate and update the New Rochelle Department of Public Works Facility. This involved planning, studies and designs for a new enclosed building area of 50,000 square feet and covered vehicle storage of 22,000 square feet. And, site facilities including a wash building, salt dome, fueling station and recycling center.
