New Golf Clubhouse and Facilities
Pound Ridge Golf Club, a New Destination Golf Course designed by famed golf course designer Pete Dye, is a private club that is also available to the Town of Pound Ridge residents. For this project Lothrop Associates is the architect of record to Robert Rich Associates, designer. The project included a new permanent clubhouse, a temporary clubhouse, a 6,000 square foot cart barn, a water treatment facility, and restrooms between the 8th and 14th holes.
